Soft Focus on our Flag

Today, I took a new look at Picasa. Much has changed since last time I worked with this downloadable application for Windows users by Google.

As this is the week of September 11, I worked with photos that I have taken with American Flags in them. This is the soft focus that can be applied to a photograph.
